It covers an area of 750 mu（500,000 square meters） and has become a polysilicon production base with an annual capacity of 20,000 tons. With the lowest capital investment in the industry, our technical team develops and adopts advanced production processes and state-of-the-art equipment to make high-quality polysilicon products for solar photovoltaics and semiconductor customers, meeting the GB/T12963-2004 electronic grade polysilicon first-class standard. The production line is monitored and controlled in real time by advanced Distributed Control System to ensure long-term, stable and safe operation of the plant.

The polysilicon products of Asia Silicon (Qinghai) Co., Ltd. are of very high-purity polysilicon materials. It is purified by a series of chemical reactions and physical purification to reach very high purity. It is an extremely important intermediate product in the silicon industrial chain. The high purity polysilicon is the main raw material for the manufacture of polished silicon wafers for the semiconductor industry, solar photovoltaic cells and other high-purity silicon products. In other words, it is the cornerstone for the information and the new energy industry.
